Deena is a true, leading expert in revenue cycle management with over 30 years in medical billing and medical coding. Deena is a: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Evaluation and Management Specialist (CEMS), and a Certified Compliance Professional – Physician based  (CCP-P). Deena has worked with a wide variety of practice specialties ranging from Neurosurgery to Dermatology to Family Practice.  Her experience includes working as a Medical Billing and Coding Supervisor of a 42 doctor Cardiology and EP Practice as well as a Manager of Physician Audit and Education. She has taught several billing and coding classes at Bryant & Stratton College, and continues to be a frequent professional speaker on HIPAA Compliance, ICD10, as well as revenue cycle best practices.

Shawn has over two decades of IT experience in medical billing software and support. He is responsible for developing custom and ad-hoc queries and reports that help to ensure each physician practice is realizing their full revenue potential. This depends on specialty, volume of patients, and the type of service you are looking for. Do you want a full outsource or some sort of blended model?
